2024 Gibson ES-355 ‘59 Reissue
Matt Munisteri demonstrates the thin-body electric that he uses in his latest batch of lessons in his Western Swing Guitar course on Peghead Nation.
Peghead Nation instructor Matt Munisteri is a vintage guitar aficionado (check out his demos of his 1930 Gibson Master Model L-5, 1949 Gibson L-5N, and 1957 Gibson L-5CES), but recently, he’s been trying out a 2024 Gibson ES-355 ‘59 Reissue at home to explore some semi-hollowbody sounds. Matt’s most recent video shoot for his Peghead Nation Western Swing Guitar course coincided with a California tour where the 355 was his guitar of choice. While taking a break from his lessons, Matt demonstrated the guitar with it plugged into a Fender Hotrod Deluxe in our studio.
