Placing a custom order for a high-end instrument can be both thrilling and nerve-wracking. Larry Sogolow of Organic Sounds Select Guitars in Santa Ana, California, recently helped a client order a special Santa Cruz RS. In this video, he discusses the process of guiding his customer in ordering a one-of-a-kind dream instrument, which included neck specs based on a different Santa Cruz at his shop, exquisite woods, and customized appointments.
