Mountain Grass Unit guitarist plays a fiddle tune classic on his Santa Cruz 1934 D Brazilian.

Mountain Grass Unit is a young bluegrass quartet hailing from Birmingham, Alabama. While on tour in California last year, the band’s guitarist, Luke Black, stopped by the Santa Cruz Guitars shop to record some videos using his own personal Santa Cruz 1934 D. Luke’s guitar is built with Brazilian rosewood back and sides and an old-growth Adirondack spruce top. In this clip, Luke flatpicks the fiddle tune classic, “Angeline the Baker.”
