Kruger Brothers: “People Get Ready”| Collings D1 T

The roots trio plays a joyful version of the Curtis Mayfield classic live at the Collings Guitar and Mandolin shop.
October 24, 2019

The Kruger Brothers are banjo virtuoso Jens Kruger, guitar master Uwe Kruger, and bassist Joel Landsberg, and they have been playing their unique brand of traditional and original roots music for more than three decades. They recently visited Collings in Austin, Texas, and played with an impromptu performance of Curtis Mayfield’s “People Get Ready.” Uwe is playing his early D1 A T model with a torrefied Adirondack spruce top built in 2016.
