Bruce Molsky and Joe Walsh: “L&N Rag”

Peghead Nation instructors play an old-time fiddle rag.
March 29, 2016

This ragtimey tune in the key of C comes from Corbin, Kentucky, and the playing of Alex Hood and his Railroad Boys, who recorded it in 1930. Peghead Nation Old-Time Fiddle instructor Bruce Molsky teaches it in his Old-Time Fiddle course, and he was joined in the studio by Peghead Nation Advancing Mandolinist instructor Joe Walsh for this informal performance.
