One of the best things about attending music events are the spontaneous performances that often occur. Such was the case when teenage mandolin sensation Wyatt Ellis and flatpicking guitar star Jake Workman stopped by the Collings exhibit at the IBMA conference last September. In this video, the duo plays through a blazing version of “Daybreak in Dixie,” with Ellis playing a Collings MF mandolin that was on display, and Workman playing his own Collings D1 AV.
