In this third video on pick direction, Sharon uses the tune “Angeline the Baker” to illustrate a syncopated rhythm Sharon calls the “double upstroke,” in which a downstroke is ghosted. Sharon walks you through the pick direction on the entire tune. She also talks about maintaining the correct pick direction when your arm is moving in one direction but your pick needs to move in the opposite direction.
