Trey Hensley and Andy Powers, “Tucson” | Taylor Guitars
A great duo of version of Hensley's original played on a pair of Trey Hensley Gold Label 510e Special Edition guitars.
Taylor Guitars recently introduced its Trey Hensley Gold Label 510e Special Edition model (check out our demo of the guitar!), and at the 2026 NAMM show, Trey performed on the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, accompanied by Taylor’s CEO and luthier Andy Powers. Peghead Nation was lucky to walk into Trey and Andy’s hotel room rehearsal, and we were able to capture the duo running through Trey’s song “Tucson.” Naturally, both Trey and Andy are playing the new signature model guitars.
