Touchstone Signature | Bourgeois Guitars
Available in Dreadnought and OM formats, the latest pair of Touchstone guitars feature Madagascar rosewood back and sides.
Bourgeois Guitars is releasing an addition to its Touchstone line of guitars. A collaboration between Bourgeois’ and Eastman Guitars, Touchstones feature tops that are selected and hand-voiced in Bourgeois’ Lewiston, Maine shop, then built in Eastman’s Chinese factory to Bourgeois’ exacting specs. Available in dreadnought and OM models ($3,999 each), the new Touchstone Signatures are built with old-growth Alaskan Sitka spruce tops and Madagascar rosewood back and sides. The guitars feature ziricote binding and Dana Bourgeois’ distinctive tri-color herringbone purfling. Both models feature a 25.5-inch scale, a 1 23/32-inch nut, and Schaller Grand Tune tuning machines.
