The master flatpicker demos L.R. Baggs' latest pickup system using a Bourgeois guitar.
L.R. Baggs’ new HiFi Duet system is a highly flexible amplification option that adds an internal microphone to the soundboard-mounted HiFi pickups. Onboard controls allow the player to choose the blend between the pickups and the microphone, making it possible to fine-tune the sound for the performance settings on hand. In this video, shot at Soundcheck in Nashville, Tennessee, flatpicking virtuoso Trey Hensley demos the system installed in a Bourgeois slope-shoulder dreadnought.
