Taylor Next Generation 614ce
An updated take on Taylor’s maple-bodied Grand Auditorium.
Taylor has been offering its 600 series since the late 1970s. Built with maple back and sides, the guitars have distinctive looks and tonal qualities, and while construction details and appointments have evolved over the years, 600-series models remain unique within the Taylor catalog. In this video, Peghead Nation’s Teja Gerken demos the latest version of the popular Grand Auditorium–sized model, the Next Generation 614ce, which includes the adjustable Action Control neck, scalloped V-Class bracing, and Taylor’s latest Claria pickup system.
