Santa Cruz H 50th Anniversary

A celebratory edition of one of Santa Cruz Guitar’s most popular models.

Santa Cruz Guitars continues to celebrate its 50th anniversary with a commemorative special edition of the H model (also check out our previous demos of the 50th anniversary  OMPW the 1929 00, and FTC). An important guitar in Santa Cruz history, the H was originally a collaborative effort with Santa Cruz–area luthier Paul Hostetter, who suggested building an instrument inspired by a rare Gibson Nick Lucas. Featuring a mid-size body with greater depth than most guitars of similar dimensions, the model is one of Santa Cruz’s most enduring designs, available in several configurations, and prized for its tonal versatility and playing comfort. For the 50th-anniversary edition, Santa Cruz went back to basics. This Indian rosewood and Sitka spruce guitar has simple appointments, and SCGC is offering it at entry-level pricing.
