Peghead Nation fiddle instructor Chad Manning is a talented multi-instrumentalist, and while he was in the studio recording lessons for his Beginning/Intermedaite Fiddle and Bluegrass Fiddle courses, he took a run through the jam-session favorite “Whiskey Before Breakfast” on mandolin, joined by our co-founder and guitar instructor Scott Nygaard.
Chad is the fiddle player in David Grisman’s Bluegrass Experience and the David Grisman Sextet, and in this video, he plays a Giacomel mandolin on loan from David.
